Job Title: Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Location:Brentford, Middlesex

Package:£46,000 + Mechanical AP Training

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (Out of Hours On-Call Rota 1 in 6 weeks)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Brent. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on commercial plumbing and heating systems.
\n
• Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures etc.
\n
• Support the team for testing fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
\n
• Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building
\n
• Monitor BMS
\n
• Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
\n
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• A practical level 3 equivalent or higher in a Mechanical Engineering related field Mechanical, Heating, or Plumbing etc.
\n
• Proven experience in a similar plumbing maintenance role.
\n
• Knowledge of commercial building systems
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
\n
