Job Description

Our Eminox site is seeking to recruit a master technician for the Bus and Coach customers

\n

This is a remote field-based position, giving you the autonomy to manage your own workload while providing exceptional technical support directly to our Bus and Coach customers across the UK.

\n

You'll be provided with a fully expensed company van, the latest diagnostic equipment and everything you need to carry out installations, servicing, fault diagnosis and repairs on our market-leading emissions after-treatment systems.

\n

You'll be the face of Eminox, building strong customer relationships while helping operators remain compliant with the UK's Clean Air Zones (CAZ) and Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) requirements.

\n

We provide a comprehensive 4-week induction and training programme, ensuring you have the knowledge and confidence to work on our products before heading out independently.

\n

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A recognised qualification in Motor Vehicle, HGV or PSV Maintenance (Level 3 or equivalent).
  • \n
  • A strong background as an established Vehicle Technician, ideally within the Bus and Coach industry.
  • \n
  • Excellent diagnostic and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • \n
  • Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment.
  • \n
  • A self-motivated, organised approach with the ability to work independently.
  • \n
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, as you'll be representing Eminox on customer sites.
  • \n
  • Locations West Midlands or the North East of England
  • \n
