\nA fantastic primary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire is looking to expand its Learning Support Team and is recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants to start in Septemebr 2026.
\nThis is a full-time, term-time-only position on a long-term contract, with opportunities for teacher training through the School Direct programme after one academic year.

- Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire \n
- Start Date: September 2026 \n
- Contract: Long-term, full-time \n
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm (term time only) \n
- Pay: £445-£500 per week \n
- Transport: Good transport links and on-site parking available \n
- Progression: Training provided with pathway into teacher training \n
About the Role:
\nAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
\n- \n
- Work with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing one-to-one and small group support \n
- Support class teachers in delivering tailored interventions \n
- Contribute to the academic and emotional development of pupils across the school \n
- Receive ongoing training and mentoring from experienced staff \n
