\n Blaymires Recruitment is representing a Surveying and Consultancy firm based near Southampton who are searching for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their business.
\n The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage cladding combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues. They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.
\n They are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to undertake project management and employers agent duties while overseeing the replacement of Cladding and Faade projects.
\n Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor:

\n
• Project management experience preferred.
\n
• A minimum of four years technical delivery experience gained within a consultancy.
\n
• Pre and post-contract experience.
\n
• Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills.
\n
• Strong IT skills (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and other bespoke software).
\n
• Organised, diligent and commercially astute.
\n
• A team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
\n
• Project management experience preferred.
\n
• MCIOB or MRICS - Advantage
\n
