We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursery Production Supervisor to join a well-established nursery specialising in Trees and Shrubs (Hardy Nursery Stock).

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading a small team while working outdoors in a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

Lead and supervise a small production team while working alongside them.

\n

Carry out daily nursery tasks including:

\n

\n
• Weeding
\n
• Manual potting
\n
• Pruning
\n
• Training and tying plants
\n
• Maintaining irrigation systems
\n

\n

Assist with planning daily work schedules.

\n

Manage stock using the in-house database.

\n

Take responsibility for the nursery when required.

\n

Welcome and assist customers when needed.

Skills & Experience\n

? Knowledge and experience of Trees & Shrubs (Hardy Nursery Stock)

\n

? Previous experience leading or supervising a small team

\n

? Good IT skills and confidence using databases

\n

? PA1 & PA6 certificates are desirable but not essential

\n

? Excellent communication skills with a good standard of English

\n

? Positive attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
