\nAs a Senior Interior Technician, youll be responsible for delivering outstanding interior plant care across customer sites, ensuring every display looks healthy, vibrant, and expertly maintained. Key Responsibilities as a Senior Interior Technician with PHS Greenleaf:\n

- Carry out routine plant maintenance including watering, feeding, pruning, and pest control to the Greenleaf standard. \n
- Diagnose plant health issues and take corrective action quickly. \n
- Report, record, and resolve any issues identified on customer sites. \n
- Apply and adapt internal stock plant care processes in line with seasonal needs. \n
- Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies. \n
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for plants and sundries. \n
- Implement stock rotation processes to minimise waste and maintain quality \n
- Plan and deliver plant installations and replacements to client specifications. \n
- Complete pre-installation site checks and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. \n
- Lead on-site installation activities, ensuring timely and professional project Manage and resolve \n
- Salesforce queries relating to service requests and customer issues. \n
- Log site visits, maintenance outcomes, and updates accurately. \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and standards. \n
- Optimise routes and schedules for efficiency and service quality. \n

- Previous experience in horticulture or interior plant maintenance. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. \n
- Self-motivated with excellent workload management. \n
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships. \n
- IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce. \n
- Full UK manual driving licence with 6 points or less \n
- Horticultural qualifications (e.g., RHS Level 2). \n
- Knowledge of industry products and equipment. \n
