Are you an experienced Handyman looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a flagship residential development in Southampton and require a reliable, skilled Handyman to join the team immediately.

The Role

Working on a large residential complex, you will play a key role in ensuring properties are completed to a high standard ahead of handover deadlines. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are essential.

Duties Include:

• Carrying out snagging works on completed residential units
\n
• General handyman and maintenance tasks
\n
• Minor repairs and finishing works
\n
• Ensuring properties are ready for occupation
\n
• Working to tight project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
\n

What We're Looking For:

\n
• Previous handyman or multi-trade experience
\n
• Strong snagging experience within residential projects
\n
• Good attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
\n
