\nIf youre currently managing large data centre packages but feel removed from strategic decisions - or firefighting poor procurement and weak cost control - this offers something more structured and influential.

The Role\nYou will take full commercial responsibility forMEP packagesfrom pre-contract through final account.
\nThis includes:
\n? Full commercial management of MEP packages
\n ? Procurement strategy and subcontract negotiation
\n ? Managing change, variations and entitlement recovery
\n ? Cashflow forecasting and cost/value reporting
\n ? Contractual notices and risk management
\n ? Subcontract account management and final accounts
\n ? Advising project leadership on contractual rights and strategy
Youll work closely with Project Directors, Technical Managers and Delivery teams to ensure projects meet turnover, cash and margin targets.
\nThis is a commercially accountable position - not a reporting function.

Proven Senior QS experience onMEP packages

Strong background in Data Centre construction (essential)

Experience working for a main contractor or MEP specialist

Good working knowledge of NEC 3/4 and/or JCT
\n - \n
Confident managing change and contractual entitlement
\n - \n
Commercially assertive but pragmatic
\n
Professional membership (MRICS / MCIOB) welcomed but not essential if experience is strong.
