Your Role\n

As an Agency Mental Health Nurse, you will:

Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
\n Support service users with a wide range of complex mental health needs.
\n Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
\n Develop, implement and review individualised care plans.
\n Promote recovery, independence, and positive outcomes.
\n Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.
\n Create a safe, therapeutic environment for service users.

What You'll Need\n

? Registered RMN or RNLD (valid NMC registration)
\n ? Minimum of 2 years' UK mental health nursing experience
\n ? Excellent communication and clinical skills
\n ? A compassionate and professional approach to care
\n ? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
\n ? Two satisfactory employment references
