Are you an experienced and qualified Multi-Skilled Joiner looking for a reliable run of work with one of the UK's leading housing associations?

\n We're recruiting for skilled joiners to join their busy Voids Team across Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established organisation that invests heavily in its workers and takes pride in delivering high-quality homes for its residents.

\n You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team, carrying out planned repairs and refurbishment work to prepare vacant properties for new tenants. If you take pride in producing quality workmanship and enjoy varied, hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.

What's on Offer?

• £20.00 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)
\n
• 40 hours per week
\n
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
\n
• 45p per mile mileage allowance
\n
• 3 Months work with the potential for extension
\n
• Opportunity to gain valuable experience with one of the UK's most respected housing providers

• Join a friendly, experienced team with consistent workloads
\n

\n Day-to-Day:

\n
• Hanging internal doors
\n
• Fitting and repairing skirting boards and architraves
\n
• General first and second-fix carpentry
\n
• Carrying out minor multi-trade repairs where required
\n
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
\n

\n What We're Looking For

\n
• NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Carpentry or Plumbing
\n
• Previous experience working within social housing, property maintenance or void properties
\n
• A full UK driving licence
\n
• Your own vehicle and tools (materials supplied)
\n
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
\n
