Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering manufacturer for an experienced CNC Setter / Turner. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to join a professional engineering team with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Working Hours\n

• Monday Thursday: 2:30pm 11:00pm

• Friday: 11:30am 5:00pm
\n

Pay\n

• £15.52 per hour
\n

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Set and operate CNC turning machines.
\n
• Produce precision-engineered components to specification.
\n
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
\n
• Carry out quality inspections using measuring equipment.
\n
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
\n
• Work efficiently to achieve production targets.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Previous experience as a CNC Setter / Turner is essential.
\n
• Engineering or manufacturing background.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
\n
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
\n
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
\n
