We are recruiting a General Practice Surveyorto join a respected social housing provider,dealing with land transfers/disposals, encroachment disputes as well as lettings, property management and landlord and tenant matters. This role will be based within Lichfield and will require someone to be on site 3 days or 5 days a week!\n

General Practice Surveyorkey responsibilities include:\n
\n

\n
• Commercial lease renewals
\n
• Property management
\n
• Encroachment disputes
\n
• Land transfers/disposals
\n
• Rent reviews
\n
• General Landlord & Tenant advisory work
\n
• Supporting wider general practice instructions as required
\n
• Preparation of professional advice and reports
\n
• Managing instructions from start to completion
\n

The successful General Practice Surveyorwill have:\n
\n

\n
• Previous experiencewithin general practice surveying in local authorities
\n
• MRICS qualified (desirable)
\n
• Proven experience in commercial landlord and tenant work
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
\n
• A full UK driving licence
\n
