\n\nThe Role\n

As an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of automated production equipment to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. \n
- Diagnosing and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems. \n
- Supporting continuous improvement projects across the site. \n
- Working on automated manufacturing equipment and production machinery. \n
- Fault finding on PLC-controlled equipment. \n
- Assisting with equipment installations and upgrades. \n
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company procedures. \n
\nRequirements\n
\n
To be considered for this role, you should have:
\n- \n
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline. \n
- Electrical bias with approximately 60-70% electrical and 30-40% mechanical experience. \n
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills. \n
- Experience working with PLCs for fault finding. \n
- Exposure to Robotics. \n
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or automated industrial environment. \n
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. \n
