Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Sales Manager to begin work for a well-established company in the Louth area.

About the role:

Working Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary Competitive salary + performance-related bonus

Brief Role Description Leading sales performance across an established electrical wholesale branch, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sustainable business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager looking to progress within a successful independent electrical wholesaler.

About You:

• High work ethic & team player

• Punctual & reliable

• Previous experience within the UK electrical wholesale industry essential
\n
• Strong background in sales, account management or business development
\n
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
\n
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
\n
• Strong commercial awareness
\n
• Full UK driving licence required
\n

Main Duties:

• Driving sales growth across both existing and new customers
\n
• Developing strong relationships with electrical contractors, M&E companies and trade customers
\n
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
\n
• Managing and developing key customer accounts
\n
• Supporting and motivating internal sales and trade counter teams
\n
• Improving branch margin performance and product mix
\n
• Monitoring sales performance, KPIs and market trends
\n
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
\n
