As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Cladding Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

\nThe Role\n
\n

As Cladding Estimator, you will be responsible for:

\n

\n
• \n

  Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for cladding, faade, and building envelope projects

\n
• \n

  Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

\n
• \n

  Producing detailed take-offs, cost plans, and pricing schedules

\n
• \n

  Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

\n
• \n

  Identifying value engineering opportunities while maintaining project quality and compliance

\n
• \n

  Working closely with the design, commercial, and operational teams throughout the tender process

\n
• \n

  Preparing comprehensive tender submissions within agreed timescales

\n
• \n

  Assessing project risks and commercial opportunities during the estimating process

\n
• \n

  Supporting client meetings and pre-construction discussions where required

\n
• \n

  Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders

\n

\nThe Ideal Candidate\n
\n

The successful Cladding Estimator will have:

\n

\n
• \n

  Proven experience as an Estimator within the faade, cladding, curtain walling, glazing, or building envelope sector

\n
• \n

  Strong understanding of aluminium faade systems, rainscreen cladding, glazing, or associated specialist packages

\n
• \n

  Excellent technical and commercial awareness

\n
• \n

  Experience interpreting architectural and construction drawings

\n
• \n

  Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

\n
• \n

  The ability to manage multiple tenders and work effectively to deadlines

\n
• \n

  A proactive, organised, and commercially driven approach

\n
• \n

  Relevant construction, estimating, or quantity surveying qualifications would be advantageous

\n
