\nShift Pattern 3 Shift (6-2, 2-10, 10-6) Monday to Friday
\nSalary: £45,000 to £52,000 + Pension + Overtime + Benefits

\nThe Role
\nCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across manufacturing equipment.
\nDiagnosing and repairing electrical faults quickly and effectively.
\nFault finding on PLC-controlled machinery.
\nMaintaining three-phase motors, control circuits and variable speed drives.
\nTroubleshooting electrical safety circuits and relay logic.
\nReading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
\nCompleting maintenance documentation using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
\nSupporting continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
\nWorking safely and complying with all Health & Safety procedures.
\nCollaborating with production teams to minimise machine downtime.
\nKey Skills
\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
\nONC (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
\nStrong electrical fault-finding experience within a manufacturing environment.
\nExperience with:
\noPLC fault diagnosis
\noThree-phase motor control
\noRelay logic
\noAC & DC variable speed drives
\noElectrical safety circuits
\noSensors (proximity, optical etc.)
\nExperience working with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron or Telemecanique equipment.
\nAbility to read electrical drawings and schematics.
\nGood IT skills and experience using maintenance management systems.
\nExcellent problem-solving skills.
\nAbility to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
