\n The role of the Estimator Building Envelope will involve:

\n
• Estimator position producing estimates for arange of industrial roofing and cladding solutions
\n
• Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
\n
• Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
\n
• Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
\n
• Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
\n
• Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
\n
• Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
\n

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Building Envelope experience with:

Must have estimating experience within construction

Ideally have experience estimating large projects

Must be IT literate

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
