Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting young people with challenging behavior? We're looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to work with KS2 students at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Chester.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM \n
- Contract: Long-term role \n
- Term Time Only: Enjoy the school holidays off! \n

As a Behaviour Mentor you will:

- Provide tailored support for students with challenging behavior on a 1:1 or group basis. \n

- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behavior strategies and personalized plans. \n
As a Behaviour Mentor you will have:

- Experience in supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behavior. \n
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children. \n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. \n
