\nOur client is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join their team based in Liverpool City Centre. The role involves supporting general maintenance activities and ensuring the site is kept safe, clean, and operational.\n
Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Carrying out basic maintenance tasks across the site
\n
• Completing general repairs and upkeep duties
\n
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy
\n
• Assisting with moving equipment and materials when required
\n
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant team members
\n
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
\n
• Supporting the wider team with general site duties
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or similar role (desirable)
\n
• Good practical skills and attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
\n
