\nWhat we need from you:

- You will need previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant, street food, or fast-paced hospitality setting \n
- Experience in supervising or leading a team within a kitchen environment \n
- Strong cooking skills with a good understanding of food preparation and presentation \n
- Hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene/Food Safety certificate and have a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards \n
- The ability to work well under pressure during busy service periods \n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills \n
- A proactive, organised approach with a positive, can-do attitude \n
- A genuine passion for food and delivering a great customer experience \n
- You must be within commuting distance of the venue \n
What the role involves:
\nYou will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operation, ensuring food is prepared and served to a consistently high standard. Duties will include:

- Maintain records and operate the kitchen online with EHO (Environmental Health Officer) 5-star standards \n
- Leading and supporting the kitchen team during service \n
- Preparing and cooking menu items in line with company standards \n
- Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation is maintained at all times \n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene \n
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste \n
- Supporting with staff training and development \n
- Monitoring performance and helping to improve overall service delivery \n
Salary: £15.00 per hour, increasing after probation period.
\nHours:This is a full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week). Shifts are worked across 7 days, with start times between 10:00am11:00am and finish times between 11:00pm12:00 midnight. Days and hours will be agreed in line with business needs.
