Based from the Haddenham depot, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting plant equipment and goods to customer and construction sites across London and the South East.
\nThis is a customer-facing role where you will represent the business professionally, ensuring equipment is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n

Delivering and collecting plant equipment and goods from customer sites
\n - \n
Safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading equipment
\n - \n
Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and in line with company procedures
\n - \n
Liaising with customers and site teams in a professional manner
\n - \n
Completing delivery paperwork accurately
\n - \n
Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
\n - \n
Ensuring compliance with transport legislation, company policies, and health & safety requirements
\n - \n
Supporting the depot team when required
\n
The successful candidate will have:
\n- \n

A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
\n - \n
Digital tachograph card and up-to-date Driver CPC
\n - \n
Previous experience delivering plant equipment (highly desirable)
\n - \n
Good knowledge of safe loading and securing procedures
\n - \n
Experience driving in London or busy urban environments
\n - \n
Strong communication and customer service skills
\n - \n
A reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach
\n - \n
The ability to work independently and manage your own day
\n
Desirable:

HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
\n - \n
Experience within plant hire, tool hire, construction, or a similar industry
\n - \n
Willingness to work occasional weekends or nights out if required
\n
