An excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established company!
\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
\nSalary: £35,000 - £55,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
\nLocation: Stourport on Severn, DY13.

\nThey are a main contractor largely operating within the commercial new build and fit out sector. Due to an increased workload, and strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team
\nAbout The Role:
\nThe ideal candidate is ambitious, detail-orientated, eager to learn, and holds a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and requires strong enthusiasm, a willingness to ask questions, and the ability to take on increased responsibility. The salary is negotiable based on the candidate's experience. The job role will be office based at their headquarters in Stourport-on-Severn, with opportunities to visit other construction sites.
\nCandidate Requirements:
\nEducation
\nA degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline is mandatory
\nPersonal Attributes
\nAmbitious and motivated to learn and grow professionally.
\nDetail-orientated with strong numerical skills for measurement, calculating and analysis.
\nEnthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take on responsibility.
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
\nExperience:
\nThe position is open to both recent graduates and those with prior experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
