The role:

\n
• Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor across project delivery
\n
• Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
\n
• Subcontractor procurement and account management
\n
• Contract administration and commercial performance
\n

What were looking for:

\n
• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or established Quantity Surveyor ready to step up
\n
• Highways experience preferred, but general civils experience welcomed
\n
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Contractor-side experience advantageous
\n

Location: Surrey / Woking ideal for candidates within a commutable distance.
