Job Description
Salary:£55,000£60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Lead and manage architectural projects from inception through to completion across all RIBA Stages. \n
- Deliver high-quality buildings for private sector clients including higher education and university buildings, ensuring projects meet programme, budget and quality objectives. \n
- Prepare, develop and coordinate architectural designs, technical information and construction documentation. \n
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, planning authorities and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. \n
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to achieve integrated design solutions. \n
- Manage project programmes, resources and project risks. \n
- Attend and lead client, design and site meetings. \n
- Undertake site inspections and contract administration duties where required. \n
- Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations, Planning legislation, CDM Regulations and relevant industry standards. \n
- Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team. \n
- Contribute to business development activities and help maintain strong client relationships. \n
- \n
- ARB Registered Architect. \n
- Chartered Member of RIBA (or eligible for Chartered Membership). \n
- Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice. \n
- Proven experience delivering education projects, particularly within the private sector. \n
- Strong technical design and detailing skills. \n
- Experience leading projects through all RIBA Plan of Work stages. \n
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes and construction methods. \n
- Strong project management and client-facing skills. \n
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities. \n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (or equivalent BIM software), together with Microsoft Office. \n
- Full UK driving licence (desirable). \n

- Experience working on listed buildings and conservation projects. \n
- Knowledge of heritage legislation, conservation principles and working within sensitive historic environments. \n
- Contract administration experience. \n
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams. \n
- Working knowledge of BIM standards and digital project delivery. \n
- \n
- Professional, proactive and commercially aware. \n
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills. \n
- Excellent attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. \n
- Collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently. \n
