Setting and running CNC lathes

Programming at the machine when required

Working from engineering drawings and tight tolerances

Making offsets and programme changes as needed

Keeping jobs running efficiently and safely

Completing job paperwork and recording labour hours
\n
Working with the Team Leader and Supervisor to hit delivery dates
\n
Keeping your area clean, organised, and safe
\n
Helping train and support others when needed

\n About you
\n
Skill & Experience
\n
\n -
Time-served CNC Machinist (or equivalent experience)
\n - Confident reading engineering drawings
\n - Able to work accurately with minimal supervision
\n - Fanuc experience preferred but not essential
\n -
CNC Vertical Borer experience an advantage
\n - Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to muck in as part of a team
\n
\n
Must have a good understanding of engineering drawings and ability to work to tight tolerances;
