A well-established, independent estate agent in Loughton is looking to expand its team with self-employed estate agents to cover IG6, IG4, CM16, RM4, E18, E4, EN9 and E17.

This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced agent who wants the freedom of self-employment without losing the support and camaraderie of a proper team. You'll have the choice of working from the Loughton branch or remotely, with branch leads shared among the team as they come in. This isn't a sit-at-home-and-hope-for-the-best setup the team is close-knit, social, and treats new joiners like family rather than another freelancer on the books.

What you'll be doing:

• Generating and converting your own business across your patch
\n
• Managing viewings, valuations, negotiations and the sales process from instruction through to completion
\n
• Building a strong local network and reputation across the IG/E/CM postcodes
\n
• Representing the brand with professionalism, whether working from branch or out in the field
\n

What they're looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years' estate agency experience non-negotiable
\n
• Self-motivated and genuinely hungry for results this is a self-employed role, so drive has to come from you
\n
• Strong local knowledge of Loughton and the surrounding areas is a big advantage

• Someone who wants to be part of a team, not just a name on a self-employed contract
