From supporting and guiding couriers to ensuring parcels are ready for collection,youllbe the steady hand ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliable service.Youlloversee daily activity, tackle issues before they escalate, and keep the operation flowing seamlesslyso our customers get thegreat experiencethey expect.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new couriers andallocatework effectively.
\n

• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance throughout the process.
\n

\n
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
\n

\n
• Use the Service Tracker to raisetimely, transparent escalations when needed.
\n

\n
• Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
\n

\n
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
\n

• Experience working in afast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.

• Confident communication skills and the ability tospot and escalate risks quickly.
