WeHireTrades is currently recruiting experienced Air Source Heat Pump ASHP Installers for a long-term domestic retrofit programme across Swindon.

We're particularly interested in established two-man installation teams capable of delivering high-quality installations to programme.

The Role\n

Working on occupied domestic properties, you'll be responsible for the installation of Air Source Heat Pump systems to a high professional standard.

Duties include:

\n

\n
• Full ASHP installations
\n
• Heating system upgrades
\n
• Cylinder installations
\n
• Pipework and system modifications
\n
• Commissioning support
\n
• Working safely within occupied homes
\n
• Completing installations to specification and programme
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Proven experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps
\n
• Experience working on domestic retrofit projects
\n
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (preferred)
\n
• Relevant Heat Pump qualifications desirable
\n
• Valid CSCS card
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Own van and tools
\n
• Strong customer service and communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional installation team
\n
