Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Following continued development within the Maintenance department, we're looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Engineer to manage and resolve reactive breakdown repairs, reducing machine downtimes to a minimum.
\nWorking a Monday to Friday: 7:00am 3:00pm day shift Monday - Friday, the Maintenance Engineer will provide mechanical maintenance to a wide range of CNC and specialist machinery.
\nIn return for your Maintenance skills and experience, we offer for the Maintenance Engineer:

- Salary up to £35,000 \n
- Holidays 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, holiday will be pro-rated to start day. Company holiday year runs from 1 January to 31 December. \n
- Stakeholder pension scheme company contributes 3%. \n
Along with training in Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of 3 years experience in an Engineering environment which includes experience of fault-finding and repairing CNC multi-axis machines is required. Some key responsibilities include:
\nMechanical repairs to gearboxes, bearings, shafts, drive chains, pumps and tanks
\n Investigate reported faults, identify the cause and decide the necessary course of action to rectify the fault
\n Planned preventative maintenance
The role of Maintenance Engineer is commutable from Leicester, Loughborough, Coalville and Hinckley.
