Class 1 Driver - collections

Position: HGV CE- Up to 8 drops
\n Location: Liverpool L11
\n Salary: PAYE £16.36/h for first 40h/week
\n Overtime after 40h £24.54/h

ADDITIONALLY 28 DAYS OF PAID HOLIDAYS

Working Hours: Monday to Friday- 08:00am-10:00am starts

Info: We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in the Liverpool area, we are looking for multiple class 1 drivers to work for a company that is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transportation services across the UK. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking experienced and professional class 1 drivers to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery and collections of parcels around the Liverpool and surrounding area
\n
• Performing manual lifting as part of the role
\n
• Handling packages with care, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded to prevent damage
\n
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including any deviations from the planned route or schedule
\n
• Load own vehicle
\n
• Ensure timely and accurate of goods to various destinations.
\n
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, and any incidents.
\n
• Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Valid Class C+E driving license.
\n
• Digital Tachograph card needed
\n
• CPC Driver Qualification card
\n
• Minimum of 1 years experience as a Class CE Driver due to insurance purposes
\n
• Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
\n
• A professional attitude with excellent time-management skills.
\n
• No more than 6 points due to insurance purposes
\n
