Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire\n
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum\n
Hours: 37.5 hours per week\n

HR Advisor Join a Growing HR Team\n
\nWe are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a high-quality HR service across the employee lifecycle.\n
\nReporting to the senior HR leadership team, you will provide both operational and administrative HR support, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of HR processes while contributing to a range of people-focused initiatives and projects.\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\nSupport the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, liaising with candidates and agencies, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews and issuing employment documentation.\n
\nAssist with the preparation and management of HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\n
\nManage key employee lifecycle processes, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes and employee benefits administration.\n
\nCoordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.\n
\nMonitor and manage absence records in line with company policies and procedures.\n
\nProvide administrative and organisational support for training and development activities.\n
\nMaintain accurate employee records within HR and payroll systems.\n
\nSupport the management of time and attendance records.\n
\nAssist with HR projects and organisational change initiatives.\n
\nProvide support on employee relations matters including restructures, redundancies and TUPE processes where required.\n
About You\n
Essential Requirements\n
\nCIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification.\n
\nPrevious experience in an HR Advisor or equivalent HR generalist role.\n
\nExperience working within a small HR team.\n
\nKnowledge of HR systems and employee data management.\n
\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n
\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\n
\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\n
\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n
\nExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\n
