\nA welcoming Secondary SEN School in Banbury is looking for a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers to develop valuable experience supporting students with a range of special educational needs.
\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN. \n
- Encourage students' confidence, independence, and engagement. \n
- Support teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. \n
- Monitor student progress and wellbeing throughout the school day. \n
We're looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is:

- Pay: £93-£110 per day \n
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm \n
