\nWhat You'll Do\n
\nGuide clients through family law matters with clarity, compassion, and strategic thinking\n
\nInvestigate the facts of each case — financial records, expert evaluations, prior filings — and build strong, well-researched positions\n
\nApply relevant case law and court precedent to strengthen client outcomes\n
\nPursue efficient, cost-effective resolutions for clients, reserving litigation for when it's truly the best path\n
\nDraft pleadings, exhibits, financial disclosures, support calculations, and prenuptial agreements\n
\nRepresent clients in court with confidence and skill\n
\nMentor junior attorneys and delegate effectively to your support team\n
\nWhat You Bring\n
\nRequired:\n
\nFamily law experience — this is non-negotiable for this role\n
\nBased in and working from Sheboygan, serving clients across Sheboygan, Ozaukee, Calumet, Fond du Lac, and Manitowoc counties\n
\nJuris Doctorate\n
\nActive Wisconsin Bar license, in good standing\n
\nPreferred:\n
\n5+ years of family law litigation experience\n
\nFamiliarity with courts and procedure in the Sheboygan region\n
\nExperience mentoring junior attorneys or leading a team\n

\n75,000–$175,000 average annual compensation\n
