Requirements:
New England firm with national client seeks insurance defense/litigation attorney 5 to 10 years of experience in insurance defense and tort litigation
Requires Rhode Island bar License.
The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials and possess strong analytical and writing skills.
She/he will be self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, and dedicated to a very high level of client service.
Should have experience in conducting depositions, attending court conferences, drafting pleadings, interacting with clients and adjusters, and negotiating settlements.
