Casual Dining Leader – White Marsh, MD
Salary: Up to $70,000 + Performance Bonus

We're seeking a Casual Dining Leader to join a high-volume, upscale casual dining concept in White Marsh, MD. This is an opportunity for a hands-on manager who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences while building a team culture focused on excellence.
As a key member of the leadership team, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, elevate service standards, coach and develop employees, and help drive financial success. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, leadership presence, and a passion for hospitality.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure outstanding service and execution
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members while maintaining high performance standards
- Drive guest satisfaction through consistent food quality, hospitality, and operational excellence
- Manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses to achieve financial goals
- Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and team development initiatives
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Partner with senior leadership to improve performance and support continued growth
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service or upscale casual environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and retain successful teams
- Experience managing P&L, labor, food costs, and restaurant operations
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
