Position Overview

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee project procurement, manage labor crews, and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will collaborate with clients and subcontractors, manage project finances, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, monitor productivity, mitigate project risks, and lead project teams through successful completion. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to project planning and forecasting.

Job Responsibilities

• Procure projects in government, public, and private sectors.

• Ensure projects meet budget and schedule requirements.

• Monitor and report construction productivity and schedule performance to management.

• Adhere to all safety standards and contractual commitments.

• Collaborate with management on project planning and forecasting.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and concerns are addressed promptly.

• Recruit, maintain, and manage labor crews.

• Oversee the selection, hiring, and management of subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

• Manage project finances, including budget adjustments, cost tracking, and alignment with financial objectives.

• Generate project reports as required by management.

• Identify project risks and implement strategies to minimize schedule and budget impacts.

• Review and approve changes to project scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Ensure construction activities meet quality standards and comply with applicable codes and regulations.

• Oversee permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Mentor and guide construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
