We are seeking an Electronics Technician/Wire Harness Assembler.

We are looking for an Electronics Technician/Wire Harness Assembler

FULL TIME 40 hours; 7:00AM-3:30PM Shift M-F. The pay range we are offering is $28-32 per hour based on your experience and knowledge.

Professional Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 year’s experience of wiring and developing wire run lists
  • Strong working knowledge of AC and DC circuitry and components, circuit phase shifting, AC impedance and AC power calculations
  • Impeccable attention to detail and critically minded
  • Foster and engage a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ability to comprehend Manufacturing drawings, wiring schedules, wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, sketches.
  • Developing wire run list from electrical drawings, schematics and cable schedules
  • Production of wiring looms/cable assemblies: comfortable with crimping, soldering, lacing & splicing to IPC 620 standards
  • Ability to hard wire cabinet and fixtures from Manufacturing drawings.
  • Operate hand crimp tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of cable types, connectors, cable assembly techniques and applications
  • coordinate with in-house engineers with technical queries and provide build solutions for prototype assemblies
  • Hand solder, including choice & use of applicable solder and tip(s).
  • Soldering, crimping & ferruling
  • Checking & Testing of finished assemblies
  • ESD awareness
