The Onsite Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between Adecco associates and the client workforce. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of the associate lifecycle, including attendance management, performance counseling, retention, and client support. The Onsite Supervisor ensures exceptional service delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies, client expectations, and operational performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary associates throughout their assignment lifecycle.

  • Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to build relationships and provide support.

  • Address associate questions, concerns, and assignment-related issues.

  • Conduct attendance and performance counseling discussions.

  • Recognize and promote positive associate performance and engagement.

  • Facilitate associate retention initiatives and workforce stabilization efforts.

  • Investigate and resolve associate concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications for this role:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules as business needs require.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
