Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct a comprehensive range of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures.
  • Provide both inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical consultations and follow-up care.
  • Interpret advanced imaging modalities, including MRI, CT, and angiography.
  • Work closely with neurologists, neurointerventionalists, trauma teams, and other specialties.
  • Participate in trauma and spine call in alignment with the 7-on/7-off schedule.
  • Deliver patient-focused, high-quality, evidence-based surgical care.

Requirements
  • Physicians must be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or achieve certification within the timeframe set by the relevant specialty board.
  • Possession of an active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one).
  • DEA license required.
  • BLS certification must be maintained.
