Job Title: CNC Programmer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience programming CNC mills and/or lathes using CAD/CAM software, with GibbsCAM experience preferred. Candidates with strong CNC programming backgrounds who are willing to learn GibbsCAM are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills and/or lathes for precision manufacturing.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using GibbsCAM or other CAD/CAM software.

• Design and develop custom tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.

• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues, implementing necessary program revisions.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Maintain accurate documentation of CNC programs, setups, and process changes.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.

• Work closely with machinists to ensure successful program implementation and production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with CAD/CAM software; GibbsCAM experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of machining geometry, GD&T, and precision tolerancing.

• Experience working in aerospace or other high-precision manufacturing industries is a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
