Job Description
Our organization is on the lookout for a board-certified General Surgeon who possesses either fellowship training or extensive experience in breast surgery. This position is based at our facility in York, Pennsylvania, and offers a chance to provide impactful, community-oriented care while leveraging the resources, collaboration, and academic affiliations of our medical network.
This role also presents the opportunity to take on a leadership or directorial position within the York Cancer Program, enabling you to significantly influence and enhance breast cancer care in a vibrant, patient-centered community environment.

About Our Breast Cancer Program- Accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers since 2010.
- All breast surgeons are ultrasound certified and provide oncoplastic surgery, including Hidden Scar surgery; we are one of only three Centers of Excellence for Hidden Scar surgery in Pennsylvania.
- Our focus on quality and patient satisfaction has established a dominant market presence in breast cancer care.
- The breast care team consists of physicians trained at some of the nation’s leading cancer programs.
- Our comprehensive program employs a multidisciplinary approach, featuring dedicated medical oncologists, nurse navigators, and close collaboration with medical and radiation oncologists.
- A wide array of support services is available, including genetic counseling, nurse navigators, support groups, social work, nutritional counseling, oncology rehabilitation, lymphedema services, a survivorship program, breast and eyebrow tattooing, and the Paxman Scalp Cooling System.
- The Breast Surgery team shares on-call duties and does not take general surgery calls.
