Job Description
\n - Work Dates Needed: October start date. 3-6 month assignment
\n - Preferred Schedule: Monday-Fridays 8am-5pm 8 hour days, 1 late day (9:30am-6:30pm), and maybe 1 Saturday a month but will get a day off during the week when provider works Saturday shift. 8 hours also
\n - Worksite Setting: Hospital owned Primary Care 100% outpatient
\n - Scope of Work: FQHC outpatient primary care sees 8 to 12 patients a day - must see all ages.
\n - Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: 5+ years experience, AK license or will wait on AK license , Board Certification, DEA, & BLS
\n - EMR: Cerner
\n - Pay: $100/ hour. Airfare, Lodging and Rental covered.
