Senior Litigation Associate

A respected boutique law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to handle sophisticated business and insurance litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex business and insurance litigation matters from inception through resolution.

• Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategy.

• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances.

• Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic legal counsel.

• Collaborate with attorneys while independently managing a caseload.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership.

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience.

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Experience handling motions, depositions, and court appearances.

• Business litigation experience required; insurance litigation experience strongly preferred.

• Arbitration and/or trial experience is a plus.

• Must reside within commuting distance of Woodland Hills (Warner Center).
