Our organization is currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Nuclear Medicine Radiologist to enhance clinical services at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT, as well as Johnson Memorial Hospital in Stafford Springs, CT.

• This is a full-time, onsite role, operating Monday through Friday, with additional evening and weekend on-call responsibilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Completion of residency in Radiology and fellowship training in Nuclear Medicine.
• Extensive expertise in a wide range of Nuclear Medicine examinations and modalities.
• Strong skills in interpreting nuclear medical imaging, performing therapeutic procedures, and supervising procedures, with a commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
• Familiarity with advanced imaging technology, PACS, PowerScribe, and current radiology IT systems.
• Experience in high-volume clinical settings within an integrated health system.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with referring clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Involvement in quality improvement initiatives or development of radiology practices.
• Interest or experience in teaching residents or medical students.

Certification & Licensure:

• Board certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
• Certification or eligibility from the American Board of Nuclear Medicine (ABNM).
• A valid medical license in Connecticut or eligibility for one.
• Authorized user certification will be required upon hiring.
• DEA registration and state-controlled substance certification, or eligibility to obtain both.
• Maintained credentialing in line with medical staff bylaws and regulatory standards.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS may be optional based on subspecialty).
