Job Summary
We are seeking an Order Management Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milpitas, CA within the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys order processing, customer communication, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.
The Order Management Specialist will support accurate and timely order entry, order maintenance, customer updates, and reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming customer purchase orders to confirm all required information is complete and accurate.
- Enter, update, and maintain sales orders according to established procedures and instructions from Sales Operations and Planning teams.
- Create and update customer records and part numbers as needed.
- Communicate order status, shipping details, product availability, and estimated shipment dates to internal and external customers.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve customer order issues and provide timely updates from an order management perspective.
- Prepare reports, process customer OS&D claims, and maintain tracking documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $28 to $30 per hour.
- Location: Milpitas, CA 95035.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Assignment Duration: 6-month contract or longer.
- Background check required.
