FL - NP contract in Clermont - August 17-November 30

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting August 17-November 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Clermont, FL. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness services including well women exams, and Occupational Medicine issues including Worker's Compensation evaluation and follow-up. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm and Tuesday & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a Primary Care specialty, to qualify for this assignment. DOT Certification and experience in Occupational Health and Worker's Compensation is required for this assignment. Experience with Women's Health is preferred.\n
