We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our friendly team at our facility in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This is a remarkable chance to work in a lively college town with a diverse patient demographic.

Opportunity Highlights

• Collaborative environment with 2 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Focus on outpatient care for patients of all ages
• No weekend or evening shifts; work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM
• Minimal on-call duties: 1:6 ratio, with phone-only responsibilities and initial triage handled by a nurse
• Single practice location conveniently located next to the hospital
• Modern facility with recent updates, offering on-site lab, MRI, and X-ray services

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually, plus production incentives and longevity bonuses
• Bonus package totaling $150,000
