Job Description
Work Dates Needed: Monthly PRN locum shifts, on-going contract\n
\nPreferred Schedule: 7:45am-8pm, must work a minimum of 3 shifts a week\n
\nWorksite Setting: Urgent Care\n
\nScope of Work: Must have UC experience treating all ages, 2 years old and up, must be able to do UC procedures, working in a fast-paced environment as a solo provider. Patient volume 35-40 per day\n
\nLicenses, Certifications, Requirements: FL License, must be board certified, minimum of 2 years post-grad experience, Must have at least 1 year post-grad experience working in an urgent care or ER setting (not including clinical rotations). \n
\nEMR: Practice Velocity\n
\nPay Rate Preferred: $75-$90 an hour
