Position Highlights:

• Work-Life Balance: Full-time, 4-day workweek (Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm). No call responsibilities

• Desirable Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and accredited public health dental clinic

• Culture & Support: Collaborative, mission-driven team led by Dental Director, experienced support staff including four dental assistants, front office support, and dental providers

• Competitive Salary: Based on years of experience

Qualifications:

\n
• Degree: Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
\n
• Licensure: North Carolina dental hygiene license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
\n
• Skillset: Preventative dental hygiene, scaling and root planing (SRP), periodontal maintenance, full mouth debridement, patient education, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, double-column hygiene schedule
\n
• Experience: New graduates welcome. Passion for public health and caring for underserved populations
\n
