Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our well-established outpatient practice located in Fayetteville, NY. Practice Overview - Fayetteville

Situated at 4000 Medical Center Dr., Fayetteville, NY 13066, our outpatient primary care facility provides:

• Comprehensive healthcare for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Management of acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
• Preventive care services, including immunizations and cancer screenings
• Women's health services, such as annual pelvic exams and Pap smears
• A supportive, team-oriented clinical atmosphere

Requirements

• New York State medical licensure and DEA certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Recruitment Package

Our organization offers a competitive compensation package along with a comprehensive range of benefits, including:

• Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $242,000
• Please note that this salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in accordance with State law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Starting Bonus: $50,000, paid in the first payroll month after employment begins
• Retention Bonus:
  • $25,000, paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary
  • $25,000, paid in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversary
• Resident compensation available at $2,500/month
